The QAL 991 is an approved particulate CEM (Continuous Emission Monitor) designed to meet and exceed CEN standard EN 14181 / EN 13284-2. Particularly suited to monitoring emissions from industrial processes regulated under the European Waste Incineration Directive (WID) and Large Combustion Power Plant Directive (LCPD), the PCME QAL 991 is also proven in other industrial processes controlled with high efficiency bag filtration. The instrument holds QAL1 approval specified in EN 15267-3, under both MCERTS and TUV.

Light Scatter Particulate Emission Monitor
DM 170
The DM 170 is designed to comply with the TÜV suitability testing scheme to EN 15267 and for measuring dust concentrations in a wide range of industrial applications.
Due to its wide dynamic range, the DM 170 may be used in Combustion applications as well as in higher dust loading applications (such as Power, Cement and Metals smelting, and in processes without filtration). Its simplicity and wide operating range makes it also ideally suited for process optimisation applications.

TÜV approved DynamicOpacity particulate monitor for emission measurement of dust from large dry industrial processes including Baghouses and Electrostatic Precipitators.
The STACK 602 is a Modbus-based cross-stack optical measuring system which uses a dynamic sensing technique to measure the rate of change of light (DynamicOpacity™ Ratiometric Opacity technology) as particulates pass through a modulated light beam. This proven optical technique, coupled with advanced design features, offers significant reliability and resolution advantages over traditional Opacity monitors and virtually overcomes lens fouling associated with standard Opacity monitors.
