AO2000 System

Hot/Wet Extractive System ACF5000

ACF5000 can measure up to 15 components simultaneously including water soluble components to accurately monitor the composition of exhaust gases.

Gas sampling for cement kiln and calciner gas exit SCK

The SCK is a sampling system for dry gas sampling at rotary kiln exit and calciner gas exit. The SCK sampling system is suitable for applications in rough environmental conditions and for outdoor installations thanks to a complete protection cover.

The complete solution for kiln and calciner gas exit

The development of the SCK is based on ABB’s experience gained from its successful predecessors, of which more than 500 systems have been supplied worldwide.

The SCK sampling system is preferably combined with ABB’s ACX gas analyzer system for effective monitoring and control of the primary and secondary combustion.

SCK can also be ordered separately to replace and modernize just a sampling system.

It will be delivered completely preassembled to the installation site.

CEMcaptain GAA610-M

The CEMcaptain GAA610-M robust system design is dedicated for marine environment and is suitable for high ambient temperatures up to 55°C and high vibration resistance. It is protected against soot ingress with innovative filter solution and back-purging option for easy integration and alignment with scrubber operation procedure.

The basic version is equipped with ABB’s renowned Uras26 non-dispersive IR gas analyzer and measures simultaneously and continuously SO2, CO2.

Two separate gas paths allows continuous CO2/SO2 measurement of separate streams with only one analyzer and up to 4 components per analyzer module.

Advance Optima and EasyLine Series

AO2000

The Advance Optima process gas analyzers have a modular design that offers a long-term security in your investment. Analyzer modules can be freely combined into tailor-made solutions and upgraded or extended with new features at any time. Remote modules are easily attached and centrally operated.

Zirconia In-Situ Oxygen and Combustion

The AZ40 oxygen and combustibles analyzer continuously samples and analyzes combustion waste gases, often referred to as flue gas. The AZ40 determines the levels of excess oxygen using a zirconia based oxygen sensor and unburnt fuel with an enhanced carbon monoxide detector to measure the carbon monoxide equivalent (COe).

Accurate measurement of both oxygen and COe is important for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of industrial combustion plant.

Industrial Wall-Mount Analyzer GR-ICO GLA531 Series

LGR-ICOS GLA531 (previously 950 Series) laser process analyzers accurately measure gas concentrations with extraordinarily high sensitivity, fast response and over a wide dynamic range in both simple and complex mixtures.

With no consumables or frequent calibration requirements, LGR-ICOS laser process analyzers can significantly improve process monitoring and control of refining and petrochemical applications as well as accurately measure trace gases in syngas, regeneration hydrogen and inert gases.

Sample Gas Feed Unit SCC-F

The SCC-F gas feed unit transports the sample gas to the analyzer and controls flow and condensate in two independent gas paths. A digital communication port connects the unit with the controller board of Advance Optima analyzers to integrate status and alarm signals from the sample handling.
