Concrete Sleepers B70 The Cassic Sleepers
Type B70 concrete sleepers are the simplest way to achieve your finished track. The main advantage of these sleepers lies in their great flexibility. For new rail lines or upgrading of existing tracks, for mainline tracks or urban transport, for trunk or secondary lines, and for freight and passenger traffic: this concrete sleeper offers a fast and reliable solution for any application. And simple assembly assures fast installation. The B70 concrete sleeper also can be produced and delivered on very short notice.

Turnout Sleepers

Composite Sleepers
The Sustainable Solution for Tracks, Turnouts and Bridges!
Especially in times of climate change, effective and recycled products of high-quality are becoming increasingly important in a wide variety of applications. RAILONE expands its product portfolio to include a sustainable alternative to the conventional wooden sleeper: a composite sleeper made of 100% recycled plastic.

Wide Sleepers
Wide sleepers are used in mainline and regional applications. The system is suitable for all gauges, for tilting technology, and for either freight or passenger traffic. As a result of its appealing design and ease of maintaining its surface, it is also well suited for tracks in train stations.

EAST and RAILONE provide the maintenance and repair plants, quality assurance documentation etc… to ensure optaimal construction and track performance.
Plant Construction
RAILONE exports its experience, logistics, and technology to all time and climate zones of the world. Standardized models for sleeper plants can be quickly and simply built at any location. They may be set up on “greenfield sites” or integrated into existing factory facilities. These plants are exactly tailored to meet the requirements of the customer with respect to scope of services provided, plant output, production technology, and degree of automation. Such plants produce up to 1,000,000 concrete sleepers per year, and operate as desired in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic mode.
