Vimpo Asphalt Distributors offers a revolutionary solution for asphalt distribution thanks to its fully automated spreading system that starts to run once the amount of material to be spread per m2 and the spread width had been assigned by the operator.

Vimpo Pumps
VD Series Internal Eccentric Gear Pumps
Vimpo VD Internal Eccentric Gear Pumps Series provide the same work efficiency for both rotational directions however, the by-pass assembly position should be reversed when the discharge port is changed on the pump. These pumps are equipped with a positive displacement feature which maximizes the pump efficiency by elevating the pressure even at low revolution speeds. Moreover, required flow rates can be easily obtained by alternating the revolution speed as both parameters are almost directly proportional. Finally, this pump can easily transfer a wide range of liquids, without any difficulties, which viscosity ranges from 38 to 250.000 SSU.

VH Series Helical Gear Pumps
Vimpo Helical and Spur Gear Pumps Series are known for their precision and measured transfers of liquids especially polymers, fuels, and chemical activities. Also, its design ensures the attainment of reliable and precise liquid flow as it has identical internal eccentric gears of same size and rotate engaged facing one another offering less dimensional clearance. Finally, these results are obtained for low, medium, and high viscous liquid however, for high viscous liquids, the rotation speed must be adjusted properly to obtain optimum output.

VN Series Helical Gear Pumps
Vimpo VN Helical Pumps Series are well-suited for the silent and consistent transfer of clean and lubricating viscous liquids with viscosity up to 100.000 Cst, at a temperature up to 200°C, at a pressure up to 15 Bar and with a capacity of 50 m3/h. Moreover, these pumped are equipped with an over-pressure relief valve, soft of mechanical seal, two-way discharge ports, and suction lift up to 5m depth. Finally, it can be optionally designed with different materials that can sustain special liquids at higher temperatures and pressures.

VF Series Helical Gear Pumps
Vimpo VF Helical Pumps Series are suitable for several processes such as liquid transfer, vacuum process, lubrication, and dozing purposes as, they are equipped with flange couple, direct drive, in-line gear coupled suction and discharge port and horizontal shaft. Moreover, the pump’s design is optimized to be space saving, eliminate cooling need, and to minimize maintenance thanks to the impermeability secured by the mechanical seal resistant which can sustain high temperatures. Finally, these pumps are directly coupled to an electrical motor or a gearbox by means of a B5 flange.

VKY Series Centrifugal Pumps
Vimpo VKY Centrifugal Pumps Series are horizontal shaft, worm body centrifugal pumps that allow single flow rate and have a horizontal suction port. Moreover, the pump’s design is optimized and secured to eliminate cooling need, and to minimize maintenance thanks to the impermeability secured by the mechanical seal resistant which can sustain high temperatures and the shaft bearing secured with two high temperature resistant special ball bearings. Finally, the pump can be specially manufactured with altered materials to satisfy the customer’s needs.

VY High Pressure Gear Pumps
Vimpo VY High Pressure Gear Pumps Series are specially designed to elevate the pressure of liquids up to 30 bars based on the liquid viscosity depending on counter resistance of pumping line system during the operation. The pump has two gear assemblies that makes the pump falls under the positive displacement pumps category. The set of gears at the discharge port of the pump enforces the liquid to flow outside by means of pressure so that the fluid comes out of its engagement with the gear teeth. Moreover, the pump’s capacity is directly proportional with the size and the revolving speed of the pump as the liquid of same volume of inner pump volume is transferred at per each revolution of the pump shaft.
